Come train with UFC star Molly-Meatball-McCann, in Maryland, at her first ever US seminar featuring Striking/MMA. Molly will bring her years of training, knowledge and experience from the UK, to Ground Controll in Owings Mills for a hands on interactive seminar. This 90 minute seminar is for all levels/all ages, and for men and women. At the conclusion of the seminar, Molly will take pictures with all attendees and spectators.
