Event Details:
Each performance is 60 minutes long. Ticket options are shown below:
General Admission (GA): Includes general seating, table-side entertainment, interactive stage programming, and a souvenir gift set.
VIP Admission: Includes VIP front-row seating, table-side entertainment, interactive stage programming, and a “VIP” souvenir gift set.
Additional Information:
Beverages, food, and photo ops are not included with any event ticket.
Photo opportunities are available as a separate ticket bundled with the admission ticket of your choice for online purchase only.
- Limit: 3 photo ops per person based on the admission ticket bundle selected.
- Photo ops will NOT be available for purchase onsite.
- Maid selection for photo ops is not guaranteed.
This is a cashless event - debit card, credit card, and mobile pay is available.

No refunds for late arrivals or missed shows.
Check-In:
Line queue for check-in begins approximately 30 minutes before showtime. Arriving earlier improves your seating options.
Doors open and check-in begins approximately 15 minutes before showtime and closes promptly at the start of the show.
No late entry is allowed.
Ensure your entire group is present at the door before check-in to streamline seating once inside.
