Meat & Potatoes is hosting Yard's Brewing Company on Wednesday, March 30th at 7:00pm for a five course dinner with a selection of Yard's brews paired with each course.  

First Course:  Tartine - fresh ricotta / lardo / tonnato sauce / chicory / orange / herbs / bresola cured tuna

paired with Yard's Pale Ale 4.6% crisp, hoppy and bursting with citrus

Second Course: Grilled Cobia - lemon grass broth / mung beans / mint / charred onions / bok choy

Third Course: Roasted Porchetta - sauce robert / radish / grapefruit / watercress / roasted beets / creme fraiche 

paired with Thomas Jefferson Tavern Ale 8% strong golden ale

Fourth Course: Smoked Bone In Short Ribs - sahved asparagus / celery / olives / horseradish / romesco / grits 

paired with Yard's ESA 6%

Dessert Course:  citrus mosaic / matcha sponge cake / citrus salad / malted semifreddo / mint sauce / ginger lemongrass sorbet
