Workshop: Constructing Cold Frames (3/22)

In this adult workshop led by MSV Horticulturist Chantal Ludder and MSV Manager of Gardens Bryan Shepherd, learn how to build and use a cold frame for your home garden. Pre-cut building materials kits (including recycled windows) and power tools will be provided to complete the project. Participants will need to be comfortable operating a power drill, and have a vehicle large enough to transport the finished project.

The finished cold frame will be 5 feet, 7 inches long; 2 feet, 10 inches wide; and 13 inches tall.

­­­Refunds for Programs and Special Events: Programs are held rain, snow, or shine, unless notified otherwise. Cancellations 5 days prior to the program or event date will be refunded, less 20% of the registration fee ($5 minimum). No refunds will be given for cancellations made 1-4 days prior to the program/event date. Allow ten business days for refund processing. Programs cancelled by the MSV due to low enrollment or inclement weather conditions will be refunded in full or given a full credit towards a future program to be used within the year.
