General Admission to WNDR Museum

wndr museum reimagines the traditional museum experience, inviting guests to explore thought-provoking, multisensory, interactive experiences. As an ever-evolving immersive art and technology experience that is constantly changing to fit the needs of the world around it, wndr museum is designed to ignite the curiosity that exists within and around each of us. 

General Admission

• The base price of tickets is $32 for admission by persons of all ages; however, children age 2 & under do not require a ticket.


• As wndr is registered as a place of amusement, tickets are subject to an additional 12% tax rate: 9% city tax and 3% county tax.


• Children ages 15 & under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian age 18 or over.


• We encourage guests to purchase tickets online, however, we do have an on-site box office, you will need to show a form of ID and make your purchase by credit or debit card. wndr is cashless.


• All purchases are final. No refunds or reschedules.  However, tickets are transferable to another person. Once you exit the museum, there is no re-entry allowed.

More Information About the Experience

• Please arrive promptly at your reservation time.  Early entry is not permitted; and if you are more than fifteen minutes late to your reservation time, we cannot guarantee, and may deny, your admission.  Allow approximately one (1) hour to complete the museum experience. We only allow a set number of guests at a time, so you’ll have plenty of time to engage with all the installations.


• We strongly encourage the use of public transportation and ride shares as parking is limited in the area. In the event you drive, we recommend checking out SpotHero.


•  Guests are given 1 minute to experience the Yayoi Kusama Let’s Survive Forever Infinity Mirror Room — a time guideline instituted by Kusama herself! Guests will experience the room in a group of no more than 6 people, and there will be a security guard stationed inside at all times. Photography is allowed and encouraged! Touching the artwork is strictly prohibited. No personal belongings except a phone and a camera are allowed inside the room. Upon entry, you must wear shoe covers that we provide. Once you exit the Infinity Room, no re-entry is allowed.


• wndr museum is a self-guided experience, however, ambassadors are in the space to help you along the way.


• Small complementary lockers are available for your personal belongings. wndr is not responsible for anything that may be lost or stolen.


• Strollers may be stored by the lockers, but are not allowed on the museum floor.

 Terms

• Entry to wndr is ADA-compliant, but not all installations may be accessible. While service animals are welcome inside wndr, there may be areas and/or installations in the museum which are not fully accessible with a service animal. If you have any accessibility or mobility  requirements, or sensory needs or concerns, please contact hello@wndrmuseum.com for more information about accessibility in our space.


• By entering wndr, you consent to wndr’s use and publication of your image, likeness, and/or name, and those of anyone in your party over whom you have custody or guardianship, anywhere, for any purpose, in perpetuity, and you waive and release all rights and claims related thereto.


• The use of tripods is not allowed inside wndr.


•  Possession of firearms or other weapons of any kind, alcohol, illegal substances, physically violent or verbally abusive actions and behaviors, all are strictly prohibited on wndr property, and will subject you to immediate expulsion from wndr.


• Outside food and beverages are prohibited inside wndr; and food and beverages purchased at wndr may only be consumed in designated areas.


• Large bags, suitcases, equipment, and other big stuff are not permitted on wndr property.


• Smoking (including e-cigarettes and vaping) is not permitted on wndr property.


• We have women’s, men’s, family, and gender neutral bathrooms in the museum.


• Discriminatory actions, displays or statements of any kind or form will not be tolerated inside wndr, and will subject you to immediate expulsion from wndr.
