Wines for Thanksgiving

The most wonderful meal or the most feared meal of the year!  How do you cook a turkey?  What wines should we serve?  Marshmallows or no on the sweet potatoes?  (This one I’ll leave up to you)

We will chat cooking and sipping in this class.   Though we won’t eat T’day dinner we will set you up for success and match some bubbles, whites and reds to sip on.
