Deb is excited to partner with Dave DeSimone, Pittsburgh’s guru on the Burgundy Wine region of France for this class on classics. Dave has focused on the wines of Burgundy for many years and has visited the region numerous times. You know Dave from his wine column in the Trib and his radio shows. While Dave chats about wines from Burgundy Deb will show you how to make a classic dish from this region. Deb is happy about going back to the roots of her classic French training at the Culinary Institute of America.
