Whitfield's Sharing Knives: Clam Bake w/ Ryan Spak

For the second installment of Whitfield's Sharing Knives series, chef Beth "Birthday Girl" Zozula eschews the elegant prix fixe for something a little rowdier — taking over The Gym for a clamorous mess of a Clam Bake. This month's Kitchen collab comes courtesy of chef Ryan Spak, the namesake behind the 'burg's beloved Spak Brothers Pizza Shop. This is going to be a good one.

Beverages are an additional charge, and gratuity is not included in the ticket.
