You're gonna miss me when I'm gone

""You Gonna Miss Me When I'm Gone" is a play that depicts a young teenage mother (Lakeisha), who is raised by her Grandmother (Minnie Pearl) , being taught the important lesson of Motherhood. Minnie Pearl, played by Kimberly Brown, attempts to instruct her granddaughter Lakeisha - played by Cerrah Hamilton - critical points about raising a child and the cost of being a mother. However, Lakeisha is too overwhelmed with the pressures of being a young single mother that Minnie Pearl's instructions come across as being criticism. Therefore, she rebels until something happens that causes her to realize that she will indeed "Miss her Grandmother when she's gone".

During program, we will have contest for "Best Mom", "Best Dress Mom" and "Best Hat". Please enter you mother in the "Best Mom" by sending a two sentence paragraph why your Mom should be consider the "Best Mom". Please include her name.
