Weedsport Kart Cup CAMPING

Reserved Camping is $30 per night and includes water/electric hook-ups. Spaces are limited and reservations are recommended.

General Camping is dry, no hook-ups and is available on a first come, first serve basis for $24 per night.

One night deposit required to secure. Any applicable balance due can be paid at check-in.

Upon arrival, all campers must check-in at the Weedsport Speedway office to register and receive your camping permit before parking. Campers may check-in after 12:00 pm on arrival date indicated in your reservation.  Office is open from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday to Friday or until 7:00 pm on event day. Reserved campers that arrive after hours can proceed to your reserved site and check-in at the office the following morning to receive your camping permit. General campers that arrive after hours can park temporarily in general camping until you are able to check-in at the office in the morning for instructions. Please be advised you may need to move your camper. All campers must vacate their campsite no later than 11:00 am on departure day indicated in your reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation must be received 1 week prior to arrival to avoid deposit penalty.
Camping is not eligible for refund due to event rain out.
