VHS Christmas Carol: Live!

Join StarKid at the Bourbon Room this holiday season for a synth-elating return to live theatre with VHS Christmas Carol: Live! Jam out to the rocking 80’s score in an immersive concert experience and interactive show hosted by the party man himself, Fezziwig! It’s sure to be the best holiday party of the past, present, AND future!

HEALTH & SAFETY

-Guests must be fully vaccinated to attend
-Fully vaccinated is defined as 2 weeks after the second dose of a 2-dose series (e.g. Pfizer or Moderna vaccines), or 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine (e.g. Johnson & Johnson's Janssen vaccine).
-Proof of vaccination (original card, photograph of original card, or digital record) must be provided at the door and will be matched against a photo ID for entry to the Bourbon Room.
-Guests must wear a mask at all times unless they are actively eating or drinking
-Stay at home if you are ill.
-Stay if you have COVID-19 symptoms, have been in contact with someone known to be or suspected to have been infected with COVID-19 within the last 10 days, or if you are subject to a quarantine or isolation order.

SEATING 

Seating at the Bourbon Room is cozy (think NY style). You may end up sharing a table or sitting next to someone you may not know. Prepare to make new friends! Tier 1 tickets are closest to the stage, Tier 2 tickets are mid-house, Tier 3 tickets are at the rear of the venue and are at high top tables with barstools with backs. Booth tickets are for the indicated private booths. Seating is assigned by the House Manager. All tickets are sold in Tiers and are not assigned until the evening of the show. Seating will be based on party size, arrival time, and is up to the discretion of the House Manager. You may contact the House Manager to make any special requests. Please note as performances often sell out, all special seating requests may be difficult to be fulfilled, but we will try our best.

The Bourbon Room is ADA accessible. To arrange ADA seating, or to enquire about assistance in arriving, we suggest purchasing your tickets to secure your seats, and then send us an email. Please make sure your email includes the name of the person who purchased the ticket, the show you are attending, what your seating needs are, and a phone number where we can call you back.

REFUND POLICY

-No refunds. All ticket sales are final
-Tickets are fully transferrable to another guest, but cannot be transferred to a different performance.
-No refunds will be issued due to lack of proof of vaccination and/or ID.
-Guests who are not compliant with the health and safety policy will be asked to leave the venue with no refund.
