Saturday December 4th at the Ted Mann Concert Hall, experience a pageant like you’ve never seen, as we celebrate the achievements, talent, & the beauty of young women of color as they compete to become the next Miss Black Minnesota USA , Talented Teen USA or Little Princess and the chance to represent the state of Minnesota at the national Pageant with other young women of color from across America.
