Three Sisters Garden Day

Join us to learn about Haudenosaunee foodways, including the Three Sisters Garden, from Tonia Galban (Akwesasne Mohawk, Bear Clan) of Ganondagan State Historic Site in Victor, NY and students from Central Westmoreland Career and Technology Center. Guided by Mrs. Galban, the students designed, constructed, installed, and planted a Three Sisters Garden on the grounds of The Museum. This multisensory program also includes a tasting of Indigenous-inspired recipes catered by Myriam’s Table.
