Event Description
The Westmoreland, in partnership with the August Wilson
Cultural Center, presents a talk by Sherman, Oglala Lakota
from the Pine Ridge reservation and the founder of
The Sioux Chef. Chef Sean is committed to revitalizing
Native American cuisine. He is renowned nationally and
internationally as a leader of a movement to completely
redefine North American cuisine through the understanding
and utilization of indigenous food knowledge.
Please note that this event will be held at the August Wilson
Cultural Center (980 Liberty Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15222).
