Event Description
Everyone knows that french cooking is all about layering flavors and textures. We’ll embark on our journey by preparing a hearty Pork Provencal. From there we’ll whip up a classic french take on the humble potato using plenty of our favorite ingredient - butter! We’ll finish our french repas with a very fancy crepe with lemon, ricotta and berry coulis.
