Verb Ballets announces an family friendly matinee of The Carnival of the Animals. In this entertaining hour long ballet a whimsical menagerie of animals come to life. Verb Ballets’ Associate Director, Richard Dickinson, has taken the music of Camille Saint-Saens to tell the story through movements inspired by the animals. The animals learn to appreciate each other’s differences as the beautiful Swan teaches lessons in friendship and acceptance of others who might be different from ourselves.
