Techno Yoga

Yoga meets the beats of the techno music Amsterdam is known for! A certified yoga teacher and an Amsterdam-based DJ blend these art forms into one for an experience you won't forget anytime soon. This yoga practice is  a high cardio Vinyasa flow with techno music designed and bespoke specifically for this OFF the GRID class.

$20 in advance // $25 at the door // Space is limited.

6pm: Doors open. Bring your own yoga mat!

7 - 8pm: Get moving with a high energy yoga practice.

8 - 9pm: Sip a Penn Brewery beer + explore the museum's galleries.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
LK is an artist and arts educator. She received her 200 Hour RYA yoga certification in Amsterdam through Yoga Works, and now splits her time between The Netherlands and Pennsylvania practicing yoga and making art.

Mystery DJ has been a DJ in Amsterdam for years blending house and uptempo/peaktime avant-garde techno.
