Racin' & Roddin' Swap Meet at the Virginia Museum of Transportation Saturday September 23

Registration: The Racin’ and Roddin’ Swap Meet is first come, first served. Pre-registration closes at midnight on Sept. 21. Vendor Form must be received no later than Sept. 21 to receive discounted rates and to confirm your space. Day of show space will be on a first come first serve basis starting at 8:30 am.

Any payments made day of event will be charged day of rate even if registration form turned in in advance.

Vendors are responsible for tables, chairs and tents. All must stay within the rented space.

One free museum admission with each space rental.

Event is rain or shine. No registration fee refunds.

Set-up: Set-up begins at 8:00 am. MUST be complete by 10 am. ALL vehicles need to be removed from Swap Meet area by 10 am. Parking is available in the parking garage across the street on Campbell Ave.

Please report to designated Vendor Check-in area immediately upon arrival – prior to unloading.

Tear Down: Swap meet closes to the public at 5:00 pm. Vendor space must be completely cleared of all merchandise and trash by 5:30 pm.

*The Virginia Museum of Transportation retains the right to decline any vendor if the product for sale is not keeping with the family-friendly environment of the event.
