Winter Lantern Festival invites you to Suffolk County’s FIRST immersive winter lantern festival! With over 150,000 annual guests at our other events in New York, this is an experience you don’t want to miss! From 11/04/22 to 1/08/23, join us at Smithtown Historical Society for a display of lanterns in the shape of flowers, animals, and many more; all handmade by artisans with decades of dedication to their craft.

Night the light this holiday season! This Winter Lantern Festival will feature lanterns and displays ranging from mushrooms and flowers to farm animals to dinosaurs. Be ready for photo-ops with friends and family as this will be an unforgettable experience!

Hours are from 5:30PM - 9:30PM

TICKET PRICES:

General Admission: $22.00/person + $2 service fee

Youth (ages 3-12): $12.00/youth + $2 service fee

HOW TO GET HERE

Getting to our events is easy! 

Car & Parking: Search Smithtown Historical Society on your navigation or call an Uber/Lyft. The entrance is 211 Middle Country Rd, Smithtown, NY 11787

• Parking: Parking is free across Smithtown Historical Society at 222 Middle Country Rd, Smithtown, NY 11787. There is some limited parking available in the surrounding neighborhood.
