2024’s event will feature remarks from Mayor Lauren McLean, a panel
discussion on ‘continuum of services’ for Boise’s unhoused community,
the announcement of this year’s Downtowner of the Year, a roundtrip
air flight giveaway on Alaska Airlines, networking, and more. Please
join us as we gather to reflect and look ahead at exciting times to come!
Downtown Boise is often praised for its cleanliness and safety. A key
contributor to this success is the ‘continuum of services’ provided by
our unhoused service organizations. At this year’s State of Downtown,
meet a panel representing this continuum of services in the Treasure
Valley. These organizations work tirelessly to shelter, house, and
care for the health of our unhoused population.
Panel participants include Stephanie Day of CATCH Idaho, Heidi Hart of
Terry Reilly, Ali Rabe of Jesse Tree, and Jodi Peterson-Stigers of
Interfaith Sanctuary. The panel will be moderated by Vanessa
Crossgrove-Fry from the Idaho Policy Institute at Boise State
University. Don’t miss this insightful discussion on the essential
services that help maintain our downtown’s clean and safe environment.
