Songwriter Series: Kate Brady

Steamboat’s own Kate Brady is a recent winner of the Guitar Center’s Singer Songwriter 5 Competition following her stellar performance at the legendary Troubadour nightclub in Los Angeles. Brady was selected from amongst 14,000 applicants for the Grand Prize. Brady, who was known as Katie Ross when she lived here in Steamboat, won $25,000  plus the right to record with Grammy Award winning producer, Ariel Rechtshaid. Before she relocates to Los Angeles to pursue her career dreams, she’ll be making a stop at the Chief Theater on Saturday, Apr.2 at 7:00 PM as part of the Songwriter Series.
