Spring Steakhouse Dinner

The dynamic triumvirate cooking team of Josh, Christine and Becca (aka Sunday Dinner Club or SDC, Chicago) returns to the farm to throw down some meat—big steaks on the big daddy wood-fired grill. Think hearty salad with bold creamy dressing, asparagus and other spring veggies, loaded baked potatoes, goat cheese cheesecake with strawberries, and of course a big platter of Prairie Fruits Farm & Creamery spring cheeses. We'll be featuring the grass-fed beef raised on Triple S Farms in Stewardson, IL.
