Wine Series I: A Night Honoring South American Wine
Wednesday, January 26 from 5:30pm-8pm

Join us for an exciting evening celebrating South American cuisine and wine on the terrace outside of Stirrups Restaurant in the Equestrian Hotel. Sample a swath of traditional foods from South America and taste world-class vino sourced from a variety of Latin countries rich in wine and culture. Mingle with other wine enthusiasts while you learn about the winemaking tradition from Argentina, the valles of Chile and the mountains of Peru among many others.

Tickets are $99 and include small plates and wine tastings.

• Charred Churrasco Steak, Chimichurri, BBQ Onions, Roasted Potato


• Arepas en Pinchos, Garlic Braised Pork, Cilantro, Lime, Arepas


• Chile Marinated Beef Pincho, Mojo Sauce


• Yellowfin Tuna Crudo, Avocado, Pink Grapefruit, Serrano Chili


• Dulce de Leche Flan, Raspberries, Mascarpone Cream

Passport to South America is the first in the 2022 Wine Series from Stirrups Restaurant. Join us each month for a unique wine event featuring sommelier selections from the 1500-bottle wine cellar at Stirrups in the Equestrian Hotel
