Whitfield’s Executive Chef Bethany Zozula is trading in her popular chef collaborative dinner series, Sharing Knives, for new farm-focused programming. The four Sharing Farms dinners will take place once a month from June-September. The series will feature expanded chef collaborations and independent farmers and foragers that are the lifeblood of kitchens across the city of Pittsburgh.
We're blowing it out in July to celebrate 20 years of the Penn's Corner Farm Alliance. For this one, we welcome chefs Lily Tran (Soba), Ben Sloan (Alta Via), Ryan Spak (Spak Brothers Pizza), and Kate Carney (Or the Whale).
Together, they will showcase produce from the Penn's Corner Farm Alliance: Jeralyn Beach (Sam and Susie Byler from River View Dairy, Kistaco Farm, Dawson's Orchard, Adam Dean of Pasture Maid Creamery, Gideon Byler of Gid's Produce, Kevin Jarosinski).
