Live Music with Seth Johnston

Seth Johnston, a McKinney native, is mostly a solo artist, preferring to spread incredible music using a guitar and his voice. He performs a variety of genres, including country, pop, Christian/Christian Worship, classic rock, and classical, but prefers the jazz and blues style above them all. He has performed at many different venues, from intimate birthday parties of 5 to larger gatherings of 300+, as well as weddings and worship services numbering in the thousands. Seth has also had the opportunity to travel and perform live in Spain, France, Brazil, and Germany. Seth has many musical friends who love playing together. Seth has an extensive history with music. When he was a kid, he fell in love with singing and guitar. He pursued that passion in college, receiving a Summa Cum Laude in Music Education. After teaching for two years, he decided to go a different path. During this time, he served as the worship pastor for his church, First Baptist Church of McKinney. Recently, he has returned to school in hopes of becoming a Physician's Assistant (PA).
