SantaCon Long Island Holiday Bar Crawl FARMINGDALE

It’s almost that time of year again—when the stockings are hung by the chimney with care, the silver bells are ringing and Santa has a couple of cold ones before the big night! SantaCon Long Island Holiday Bar Crawl is set for Saturday, December 16^th

Last year, more than 500 people came out to show their holiday spirit and support for Toys of Hope! This year, we are working to make this the biggest and best SantaCon Long Island ever with fun prizes and contests, all while helping the less fortunate put food on the table this holiday season. So, dust off those antlers, shine up those menorahs and get ready cause Santa Claus is coming to town!

DETAILS:

SantaCon Long Island Holiday Bar Crawl will take place on Saturday, December 16, 2017, at 12PM on Main Street in Farmingdale at the villages best bars and eateries to raise money for those in need during the holidays through a partnership with Toys of Hope. With your official SantaCon Long Island wristband you will receive food and drink specials all day at all participating locations.

ALL SantaCon Long Island attendees are asked to dress in Santa/Holiday attire, either individually or in teams, so that Main Street in Farmingdale Village will be filled with merry cheer! Some ideas are Santa, Mrs. Claus, Elves, Reindeer, Carolers and Snowmen. 

ALL SantaCon Long Island attendees must have a wristband to receive food and drink specials all day. Tickets for wristbands can be purchased in advanced online for $20 or the day of the bar crawl at the registration point for $25. There will be a $5 donation cover upon entry of any participating bar for all non ticket/wristband holders. 

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

1. Purchase you ticket in advanced or the day of
   


2. Dress up in your favorite holiday costume


3. Get your wristband at the registration point when you present your ticket


4. Follow Santa on Facebook and Instagram at SantaCon.Long.Island for alerts and updates


5. Eat, Drink, Be Merry and spread good cheer

TICKETS:

Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 the day of. Advance ticket purchase is suggested to avoid lines, however you may also purchase a ticket at the registration point. Your ticket will score you the official SantaCon Long Island wristband allowing amazing food & drink specials at all of the bars, all day. A portion of the proceeds from the bar crawl goes to Toys of Hope to feed the less fortunate over the holidays. SantaCon Long Island Holiday Bar Crawl is for attendees 21 years and older. 

**THERE WILL BE A $5.00 DONATION COVER AT EACH PARTICIPATING BAR FOR NON TICKET/WRISTBAND HOLDERS!**

WRISTBANDS:

PLEASE make sure you check in at the registration point by presenting your ticket/receipt. You will get your SantaCon Long Island wristband. Any excessive intoxication or rowdy behavior will result in the cutting off of your wristband. Participating locations have the right to refuse entry.

Your wristband will get you:

• Express entry into all participating bars


• Food and drink specials from 1:00PM to 5:00PM


• Admission to the SantaCon Long Island after party at The Nutty Irishman

FOOD AND DRINK SPECIALS:

 Feel free to create your own sleigh route or follow Santa! All specials will be offered at all bars from 1PM to 5PM with specials continuing at the after party from 5PM to 9PM at The Nutty Irishman.

COSTUME CONTEST:

NEW this year! To participate in the SantaCon Long Island costume contest, register your name and costume at the registration point. Anyone entering the contest must be present at the official after party venue, The Nutty Irishman, to showcase your costume and announce the winner!

SANTA SCAVENGER CHALLENGE:

NEW this year! To participate in the Santa Scavenger Challenge, register your team name and number of people at the registration point. Scavenger hunt details will be handed out when your team checks in. The first team to turn in all items at the official after party location, The Nutty Irishman, will receive the winning prize! But don’t worry, we will have a runner up prizes!

REMEMBER - To be a team, you must have 2 to 4 people and every participant must have an official SantaCon Long Island wristband.

OFFICAL AFTER PARTY:

The fun doesn't stop after the bar crawl! Join us for the official after party at The Nutty Irishman. There will be drink specials, a live band, a DJ, charity introduction, scavenger challenge winner announcement, costume contest winner selection and more!
