Please join us for a very special Quiet Mornings, featuring exhibition access, a yoga class, guided meditation, and a drop-in drawing session. During this serene early-hour event, we encourage you to take time to look slowly, clear your head, silence your phone, and get inspiration for the day and week ahead.
7:00 a.m.
Museum doors open
7:30–8:30 a.m.
Art, movement, and music collide in The Art of Yoga, a vinyasa yoga class for all experience levels led by international yoga and meditation instructor Elena Brower, accompanied by a classical string trio. Class will be held in the Marron Atrium, where Jennifer Bartlett’s monumental Rhapsody is currently on view. Yoga mats will be provided. To reserve your spot, purchase tickets now.
8:45–9:15 a.m.
Guided meditation led by artist and meditation and spiritual teacher Gemma Gambee in the Sculpture Garden. Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

An informal, drop-in drawing session will be facilitated by educator Maya Jefferies in the Sculpture Garden. Drawing materials will be provided.
Admission: adults $15, seniors $12, full-time students with current ID $10, children (16 and under) free. Corporate and MoMA Membership admission privileges apply to all portions of this event, except The Art of Yoga class.
Admission to The Art of Yoga class is $25 and includes access to galleries and meditation. Space is limited and advance ticket purchase is recommended.
A very limited number of tickets will be sold at the Museum on the morning of the event, on a first-come, first-served basis.
