Pierre Cardin: Future Fashion

Pierre Cardin: Future Fashion is the first New York retrospective in forty years to focus on the legendary couturier. Drawn primarily from Pierre Cardin’s archive, the exhibition traverses the designer’s decades-long career at the forefront of fashion invention. Known today for his bold, futuristic looks of the 1960s, 1970s, and 1980s, Cardin extended his design concepts from fashion to furniture, industrial design, and beyond.

Tickets

We recommend purchasing tickets online ahead of time. A limited number of same-day timed tickets will be available for purchase on a first-come, first-serve basis every day at the Museum.

Tickets are timed in order to help control traffic flow in the exhibition and include general admission. The time on your ticket is the time to be at the exhibition entrance on the fifth floor. If you are late for your ticket time, entry will be permitted at the discretion of staff.

Want a more flexible experience? We have a limited number of untimed entry tickets available each day.

Brooklyn Museum Members receive free, timed ticket(s) based on availability. Current Members should log in at the top left of the page; then, select the date and time you wish to visit using the calendar on the top right, click “Get Tickets,” and select the tickets of your choice from the menu. Not a Member? Join today to access complimentary Member tickets; select the date and time you wish to visit using the calendar on the top right, click “Get Tickets,” and select the Membership bundle of your choice from the menu. Your Member tickets and Membership will be confirmed automatically but please allow one business day to fully process your Membership.  

There is no discount available for untimed tickets. Check our list of current Corporate and University Members to see if you qualify for a discount. If so, please contact corporate.relations@brooklynmuseum.org to receive a discount code.

The exhibition is on view during regular Museum hours:

• Wednesdays, 11 am–6 pm (last entry at 4:30 pm)


• Thursdays, 11 am–10 pm (last entry at 8:30 pm)


• Fridays, 11 am–6 pm (last entry at 4:30 pm)


• Saturdays, 11 am–6 pm (last entry at 4:30 pm)


• Sundays, 11 am–6 pm (last entry at 4:30 pm)


• First Saturday of the month (except January and September), 11 am–11 pm (last entry 9:30 pm)

Exchanges

Like a concert or movie, tickets are nonrefundable, but can be exchanged up to 72 hours prior to ticket date and up to one time with no fees by emailing support@showclix.com with your name and newly desired date. Exchange is based on availability and may take up to 72 hours.
