Perrin Woods North Walking Tour

The W.R. Bush Improvement Company developed Perrin Woods on Springfield’s southwest side as an attractive alternative to the growing north-end neighborhoods like Ridgewood and Hills and Dales. Perrin Woods rapid development was largely due to the use of popular pattern book home designs, which were constructed by local builders. Join us as we stroll through this 1920s subdivision. Meet at the corner of Southern Parkway and West Parkwood Avenue.
