The Pennsylvania Trolley Museum will be open to the public during 2020 as follows:
September 11 through Nov 15 - Friday through Sunday
One tour and ride each week is reserved for high risk visitors:
July 2 through September 3 - Thursday at 10 am
September 11 through November 13 - Friday at 10 am
The Center for Disease Control defines high risk individuals as older adults (65+) and people of any age who have serious underlying medical conditions. Please click here if you want to make reservations for the high risk visitor tour and trolley ride. Reservations for High Risk Visitors
Your visit to the Museum will include:
- Trolley rides
- Guided tour of the Trolley Display Building
- Access to exhibits and the Museum store
For Covid-19 safety reasons, the Trolley simulator, children's play trolley and children's play table will not be available.
Outdoor picnic tables with no covering are available for Museum visitors.
We are limiting visitors to 25 per tour. The best way to guarantee the time that you want is to make an advanced reservation. Online reservation fees WILL NOT BE ADDED TO YOUR TICKET PURCHASE.
In order to maximize the safety of our visitors, volunteers and staff, the Pennsylvania Trolley Museum has developed a comprehensive plan to address the Covid-19 situation. Some key elements of this plan as it applies to visitors are:
- The wearing of masks or other forms of appropriate face covering is MANDATORY ON MUSEUM PROPERTY AT ALL TIMES.
- Social distancing is required while on Museum property.
- Street cars and public areas will be cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis.
- If you or a member of your party is sick, please DO NOT COME TO THE MUSEUM.
If you or a member of your party requires the use of a wheelchair in order to access the streetcar, please contact the Museum at least 24 hours before your arrival to make the necessary arrangements.
