Journey with us to Passport to Oceania, the third event in our 2024 Stirrups Wine Series presented by Wheels Up as we transport you to the vast Oceania region on September 27. You’ll travel with us on the terrace from 6:30pm to 9pm to enjoy wine, small plates, and live music inspired by Australia, New Zealand and Fiji, among many others.

Known for its diverse climate, wines of the Oceania region display a variety of spices and bold fruit character with a plethora of qualities that reflect the tradition and various cultures of the tropical and oceanic areas. Attendees can look forward to sampling some of the world's most beloved grape varieties such as Shiraz, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc from iconic regions like Australia and New Zealand.

The night will incorporate the flavors of Oceania with small plates inspired by land and sea from Australia to Polynesia and everything including crispy skin barramundi, Kurobuta pork meat pie and homemaded Tim Tams.

Join us in exploring Oceania's wine, cuisine and culture on this memorable evening. 

Pricing:

$150 per person per event.
(14% service charge and 7% tax additional)

Note:  Event prices are subject to a 15% price increase 72 hours before the start of the event. 

Tasting Menu​:

Ground Wagyu and Kurobuta meat pie, caramelized onion demi-glace
Grilled prawns, preserved lemon vinaigrette  
Crispy skin barramundi, jasmine rice, green coconut curry
Pan-roasted duck, prickly pear jam, macadamia crumble
Harissa charred carrots, ginger infused yogurt
Pavlova, lemon, raspberry
Homemade Tim Tam
Strawberry jam lamingtons
