Journey with us to Passport to Burgundy, the fourth and final event in our 2024 Stirrups Wine Series presented by Wheels Up as we transport you to the historically rich French Burgundy region on December 13. You’ll travel with us on the terrace from 6:30pm to 9pm to enjoy wine, small plates and live music amidst the holiday ambiance.

Known for its continental climate with cold winters and mild summers, the wines of this region are as unique as they are varied. This dynamic backdrop infuses a myriad of flavors into the traditions and culture of this vibrant region. Attendees can look forward to sampling some of the world's most cherished grape varieties such as Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Gamay, from regions including Beaujolais, Beaune, Chablis, Pommard, and many others from the storied legacy of Burgundy as a cornerstone of French wine production.

This festive night will incorporate the flavors of Burgundy with small plates inspired by its French roots, including classic French dishes, such as Gougère & Caviar and Escargot de Bourgogne. We’ll celebrate the holiday season and explore Burgundy’s wine, cuisine, and culture on this memorable evening.

For a limited time only, you can also purchase and gift wine from this event to a loved one.

Pricing:

$150 per person per event.
14% service charge and 7% tax additional. 

Note:  Event prices are subject to a 15% price increase 72 hours before the start of the event. 

Tasting Menu​:

Beef bourguignon, prime short ribs, mushrooms, onion, demi-glace   
Gougères and caviar, crème fraiche
Escargot de Bourgogne, garlic butter, sourdough baguette  
Coq au vin, chicken thigh, parsnip puree 
Poached local eggs, white truffles, white asparagus, hollandaise
Saint Florentine cheese, black currant, honey  
Red wine poached pears, vanilla whipped cream
Tarte aux brimbelles (Wild Blueberry Tart)
Paris-Brest (praline cream puff)
