Event Description
Parks Listening Tour II: The Parks Plan

Phase Two of the Listening Tour will detail the plan for improved park safety, increased fair funding and access, and upgraded maintenance and facilities for all existing city parks to leave a legacy for our children and grandchildren. This parks plan is being developed with community input.

There will be a series of community meetings where you and your neighbors can hear directly from Parks Conservancy and City of Pittsburgh leaders about the positive changes coming to your parks.

Community meetings will be held in each council district. The presentations in these meetings will emphasize the plan for parks in that specific district. However, Parks Conservancy and City leadership can address questions and issues related to all city parks.

Join us at an upcoming event and be part of the conversation to improve and maintain your parks!

Light snacks and refreshments will be served. Please register so we have an accurate headcount for food.

Childcare will be provided. Please indicate your need for childcare when registering so we have an accurate headcount.

We strive to make our events accessible to all. Please contact Erin Tobin at etobin@pittsburghparks.org for language interpretation or accessibility accommodations. Requests need to be made one week before event takes place.
