Thanksgiving wine pairings are always a hot topic this time of year. We regularly receive inquiries about what wines to serve for the holiday feast. In this wine pairing and cooking class chef Deb Mortillaro will guide you through several of her Thanksgiving classics as well as what wines pair best - and why. In this two-hour online session you’ll learn how to break down a turkey to toast it. You’ll also learn how to make three of Deb’s signature stuffings! Students will receive the recipes for each item from this very special class.
