Oliver! The Musical

Performed outdoors in the Greek Theatre!

The streets of Victorian England come to life as Oliver Twist, a malnourished orphan in a workhouse, becomes the neglected apprentice of an undertaker. He escapes to London where he's picked up on the street by a boy named the Artful Dodger and welcomed into a gang of child pickpockets led by the conniving Fagin. When Oliver is captured for a theft he did not commit and is rescued by the benevolent victim, Fagin employs Bill Sikes and the warmhearted Nancy to kidnap Oliver back, threatening Oliver's chances of discovering the true love of a family. With spirited, timeless songs like "As Long As He Need Me," "Food, Glorious Food," and "Where Is Love?", Oliver! is a musical classic!  (PG-13) 

The role of the Artful Dodger has been double-cast. Jack Sanitate will perform May 30 (charity preview), and June 2, 9, and 15. Spencer Clark will perform June 1, 8, 14 and 16.

All shows at 8 pm. Seating begins at 7 pm. (General admission; no reserved seating)

Tickets: $20 regular. Seniors 62 & older: $18 . Students 18 & under: $18 (Online sales end at 5 pm. Tickets can be purchased at the ticket counter in the Playhouse lobby starting at 6:30 pm show nights.) 

PLEASE NOTE: The Greek Theatre is not handicapped accessible.  NO GLASS is permitted inside the Greek Theatre due to safety concerns.

The Greek Theatre is located behind St. Dunstan's Theatre. Enter through the Playhouse lobby at 400 Lone Pine Rd, between Woodward & Lahser, in Bloomfield Hills.

Free parking is available only in the Cranbrook House lot on Lone Pine Rd, and in the Christ Church lot 1 block east of the theatre. ALLOW TIME FOR WALKING. The boulevard across from the theater is full of construction equipment.
