4th of July Weekend CAMPING

Reserved Camping is $85 per weekend (Thu, 7/2 for 3 nights to Sun, 7/5) and includes water and 30 AMP electric hook-ups. Spaces are limited and reservations are recommended. Additional nights pre or post stay are $30 per night.

General Camping is $70 per weekend (Thu, 7/2 for 3 nights to Sun, 7/5) dry, no hook-ups and is assigned on a first come, first serve basis. Additional nights pre or post stay are $25 per night.  Nightly rates are available for general camping. Please contact the office at 315-834-3067 to secure.

Deposit is required to secure. Any applicable balance due can be paid at check-in.

Camping fee includes access to camping facility, restrooms and showers, and one dump station access upon check-out. Additional dump station access is $15. Games and playground are accessible during office hours.

Upon arrival, all campers must check-in at the Weedsport Speedway Office to register and receive your camping permit before parking. Campers may check-in after 12:00 pm on arrival date indicated in your reservation. Office is open from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday to Friday or until 5:00 pm on event day. Reserved campers that arrive after hours can proceed to your reserved site and check-in at the office the following morning to receive your camping permit. General campers that plan to arrive after hours must call during normal office hours for instructions. Please be advised, do not park your camper or settle-in as you will need to move your camper. If you would like to general camp near another camper, please plan to arrive together. All campers must vacate their campsite no later than 11:00 am on departure day indicated in your reservation.

Regulations:
Per New York State law, we must ask that you respect and obey the following rules as you spend time at Weedsport Speedway. Failure to do so could result in adjusting the location of your campsite or asking you to leave the premises (no refunds).

• Large, open fires are prohibited. Small campfires for cooking purposes are allowed but must be contained and be outside of awnings by a minimum of 5’. Please plan to utilize your own fire pit container.


• Please use the dump station near the kartway bathroom building for dumping waste upon check-out.


• Non-potable water is located next to the dump station and kartway bathroom.


• Please clean up your area when you leave. Trash cans have been provided throughout the facility for you to use.


• The camping restrooms have both restroom and shower facilities available for use.


• Pets are allowed, but the pet must be confined or leashed to restrict them to the campsite of the owner. Pets cannot be left unattended. Pets that disturb another guest’s stay will be asked to leave the campground (no refunds). Pets may be walked on a leash – no longer than 6 feet, provided they are under control at all times. Pet owners must properly dispose of the animals excrement.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation must be received 1 week prior to arrival to avoid deposit penalty.
Camping is not eligible for refund due to event rain out.
