MIX-TAPE Gift Certificate

PLEASE READ ENTIRELY

OUT OF AN ABUNDANCE OF CARE FOR FACTORY OBSCURA STAFF AND GUESTS, WE HAVE IMPLEMENTED RIGOROUS CLEANING AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS. ALL TICKET BUYERS MUST AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE MEASURES WHILE ON SITE. PLEASE SHARE THIS INFORMATION WITH ALL MEMBERS OF YOUR PARTY. 

1. Make your reservation online in advance.
Time slots are available every 15 minutes for groups of up to 10 at a time. We encourage you to attend only with your quaranteam. Regular admission rates apply (Adults: $17, Kids: $12, 3 & Under: Free). Annual Passholders receive free admission (watch your email for your access code).

If your group is fewer than 10 people, it is possible that remaining tickets in your time slot may be sold to other groups. If you’d like to ensure you are experiencing Mix-Tape with only people you know, we encourage you to buy out the remainder of the tickets in your time slot, even if they’ll go unused.

2. Arrive on time for your reservation.
Mix-Tape will only open for advance reservations at this time. Doors will remain closed, and no walk-up sales will be made. Please wait on the sidewalk at the start of your reservation time, when our staff will greet you at the door. If you find yourself with extra time to spend, there’s plenty of public art and local shops to enjoy in our neighborhood while you wait! If you arrive more than 5 minutes late for your reservation, your group may be rescheduled for a later time.

3. Wear a mask.
Face masks are required inside the Mix-Tape building. Masks must cover nose and mouth, and be worn the entire time you are inside. This applies to everyone, including guests, staff, and vendors.

*Note: Everyone over the age of 2 will be required to wear a mask, as recommended by the CDC. If you are unable to wear a mask for any reason, we ask that you refrain from attending Mix-Tape at this time, for the safety of our staff and yourself.

4. Clean your hands.
Upon arrival, you’ll be asked to wash or sanitize your hands. Additional hand sanitizer stations are located throughout Mix-Tape and we encourage you to use them frequently. Disposable gloves are available and optional.

5. Keep your distance.
Please adhere to social distancing guidelines, including at least 6 feet between people who are not members of the same household, even while wearing a mask. Thank you for protecting our staff and each other!

6. Health Check.
Upon arrival, it is possible that you will be asked a series of health screening questions, as recommended by the CDC, and/or your temperature may be taken using a touchless thermometer. Anyone with a temperature of 100.4 degrees or higher will not be permitted inside the building. We are happy to refund or reschedule you for a later date at no additional cost.

*Note: If you or anyone in your household has experienced any of the following symptoms in the last 14 days, please contact us to reschedule your reservation. Symptoms include: fever, persistent dry cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, or other symptoms associated with COVID-19.

7. Follow the new one-way traffic plan to explore Mix-Tape!
Under normal circumstances, we’d encourage you to explore freely and stay as long as you’d like. However, in order to limit our total capacity and ensure safe distances between groups, we have created a new way to explore Mix-Tape! All your favorite features are still available, and we’ll help guide you through it. Your Mix-Tape adventure will be about 45 minutes. It’s time to have some fun!

8. Credit cards are preferred in the Gift Shop.
Our shop, full of handcrafted and one-of-a-kind art and design by Factory Obscura, will be open for you to enjoy at the end of your visit. In order to reduce contact during your purchase, we prefer to accept credit cards at this time. Countertops and equipment are sanitized between each transaction.

Tickets are only available online in advance. Your ticket is good for 45 minutes. Plans changed and can't make it on the date of your tickets? That's okay, we'll still honor your unused tickets on another day. Contact us to change your reservation.
