Lyndhurst in Bloom Grounds and Market 2025

Grounds Passes during the Flower Show allow full access to the property, the Spring Market, and a few floral exhibits on the property! This pass does not allow access to the Mansion.

Explore the grounds at Lyndhurst during our opening weekend! View some of the outdoor flower exhibits and visit the many vendors at our Spring Market. Enjoy the beautiful landscaping and take in some fresh air as you wander the park-like area surrounding Lyndhurst Mansion! New this year, the Bowling Alley will be decorated with flower arrangements and a shuttle bus will be available to bring people around the property! There will also be a vendor stationed there with small bites available for purchase. Geordanes of Irvington will also be running a pop-up cafe in the Welcome Center.

A Grounds Pass is required for entry to the Lyndhurst property seven days a week and offers general admission to the property between the hours of 9:30 am and 4:00 pm as the property closes at 5:00 pm. This Grounds and Market pass will gain you access to the grounds and some of the floral exhibits, but will not give you access to the Mansion. 

• The Grounds Pass is only good for the day you are coming to the grounds.


• A Grounds Pass is necessary for those entering the property by car or on foot through the main gate.


• A Grounds Pass allows entry rain or shine and is not refundable.


• Please have your tickets ready on your mobile phone to show the gate attendant.


• Picnicking is allowed, we ask that you carry out what you carry in.


• Bowling Alley Restrooms are open daily 9:30 am - 5:00 pm,  May through the end of October.


• Welcome Center Restrooms are open Thursdays-Tuesday 9:30 am - 4:00 pm,  April through the end of October. 


• Children ages 5 and under do not need a Grounds Pass.
