Event Description
Longturn Presents: Kepler

Cobra | Bloomfield | Ages 21+

The Night Shift returns on April 12th with Leeds-based underground house artist Kepler! Known for crafting grooves with timeless appeal and driving basslines, his dynamic style seamlessly blends house and garage. Kepler has rapidly established himself as a standout talent in Europe's underground scene. With releases on prestigious labels like Chris Stussy's Up The Stuss, FUSE London, Semi Delicious, Constant Sound, and his own Perspective imprint, he arrives in Pittsburgh ready to deliver the distinctive energy that's made him a fixture at venues like London's Fabric, Berlin's Club Der Visionaere, and Amsterdam's Shelter.

His tracks have received widespread support from some of the biggest names in dance music, including Ben UFO, Raresh, Chris Stussy, Four Tet, Sonja Moonear, Rossi, and Shanti Celeste. Getting us started will be Mayo and Jackson Berlin playing b2b together and then a very special b3b with Kepler. They have been opening for us for a while now and they will both be graduating from university next month so we will be sending them off proper on the Cobra dance floor.

Consider this your standing invite. Clock into the weekend: Cobra Lounge, every Saturday.

In the era when America's Rust Belt got its name, factory workers labored on a 12-hour day or night shift for two weeks straight. To switch shifts, one group would have to work 24-hours straight and cover the labor gap. This grueling shift became known as the Longturn.

Longturn music was founded to give people with day jobs a space to spend their second shift. No bottle service, no passwords, just a dance floor filled with good people and good music.

Come early, stay late, dance hard ⚒️
