Wed., June 6 Shapes in Nature Look all around. What do you see?  We will take a shape walk and play “I Spy” to help recognize familiar shapes in our outdoor world.

Tues., June 12: Pollinator Parade What’s making that buzzing sound? Chances are it’s a pollinator! Let’s see how many we can find busily at work in our gardens and meadow.

Tues., July 3:  Mud-licious and Puddle-wonderful  What’s ooey, gooey and so much fun? Mud! Let’s make mud art and play with water!

Tues., July 24 Fantastic Fireflies  It’s that magical time of year when it seems that stars are dancing through the air.  Come join us as we learn about fireflies – our little “twinkling stars” on Earth.

Tues., August 14 Moonlight and  Moths When the sun goes down, many moths are a-flutter. On a moonlit night you might even catch some sipping nectar. Let’s learn about Maryland’s most common moths.

Wed., August 29 A Shell for a Home  Can you imagine getting around all day with a shell on your back?  Join us as we read about some amazing, hard-shelled animals like snails, turtles and clams.
