6th Annual Father's Day Backyard BBQ

Dad doesn’t want another tie this Father’s Day…trust us. Leave the grilling to us this year at The Liberty’s Father’s Day Backyard BBQ Party – taking place outside in The Yard, our private outdoor courtyard!

The event will feature live music, hand-carved slow-smoked steamship of Angus beef, wood-grilled lager-brined organic roasted chicken from Chef Daniel Kenney, bourbon cocktail or glass of wine/beer, artisanal side dishes, and a hand-rolled cigar. 

Families welcome! No charge for children 5 and under. 

Rain or shine - in the event of rain, the event will be held in The Liberty Ballroom.

Hand Carved 14 hour Slow Smoked Steamship of Angus Beef with Natural Jus, Grain Mustard and Horseradish Crema and molasses barbecue sauce

Wood Grilled Lager Brined Organic Chicken with Fresh Herb Dressing

• Early Summer Corn with Sweet peppers, Caramelized Onions, Sea Salt and Smoked Butter
