Roosevelt Red Velvet King Cake

The Roosevelt New Orleans, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel is proud to unveil our 2025 Red Velvet King Cake. Made in house by Pastry Chef Kareena Dennis, the cake is a marriage of the celebrated legacies of the Waldorf Astoria brand and New Orleans Mardi Gras! Cakes are available in large (serves 18 people), are filled with red velvet cream cheese and dark chocolate chunks and topped with cream cheese frosting. 

King cakes are $32.99+ tax and may be ordered for pickup only. Please allow two (2) days advance notice for pickup orders.
