Kawika Kahiapo is a Hoku Award winning composer and slack key artist. His deep resonant voice and nylon string guitar lend a unique sound to his music. He sometime tours with George and is leading member of several Oahu based groups.
Peter deAquino hosts the show while George is on tour. Max Angel and Sterling Seaton fill out the jam session at the finale. Beautiful Wainani punctuates the show with hula dancing.
The Slack Key Show - Masters of Hawaiian Music is every Wednesday at the Napili Kai Beach Resort's open air Aloha Pavilion on Maui. Tickets are available in advance online at SlackKeyShow.com or by phone at 808-669-3858. Kama'aina Rate available only by phone. Doors open at 5:45 pm, show begins at 6:30 pm.
