Told entirely through song, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat is a reimagining of the Biblical story of Joseph, his family, and the coat of many colors. The play focuses on the consequences of jealousy and hubris and the gift of forgiveness.

“I’m excited about this ensemble-based musical,” says director Nina Lynn. “The New Trier students are shining as actors, dancers, and singers for the entire 90 minutes. It’s a particularly exciting project because we’re also working with student scenic and prop designers as well as a group of 4th through 8th graders from our Township as our Children’s Choir. This is a true community effort!”
