Jessie Burns returns to the Chief Theater!!!

 Join us for a night of Celtic music, and welcome back one of Steamboat's own: Celtic fiddler Jessie Burns. Jessie left Steamboat to pursue a full time musical career, ultimately landing a spot with Gaelic Storm, the band that played the Steerage Session set in the movie "Titanic". Jessie is looking forward to performing with her friends in Steamboat again. She will be introduced and backed up by Common Ground Celtic, a group of local musical professionals that include Randy Kelley, Marybeth Norris and Larry Gulley. They will be accompanied by Friends of the Band, Bonnie Murray on the fiddle and John Fisher on the bodhran and banjo. The result: The full sound of a Celtic Band, very unusual in a town our size. A pint of Guinness will be available in the lobby and is highly recommended to enhance your appreciation of this musical celebration of one our own.
