Japanese Food, Sake and Wine Pairing

Join us and the Japan-America Society of Pennsylvania for a unique food, sake and wine pairing class led by Advanced Sake Sommelier Deb Mortillaro.

We will taste foods directly from Japan supplied by Kokoro Care Packages "Otsumami" box and some fresh sushi from Sushi Tomo here in Pittsburgh. We will also explore wine and sake pairings with the traditional "Otsumami," a selection of bite-size Japanese snacks that are meant to accompany alcoholic beverages.
