Doors open at 6:00 pm, program begins at 6:30 pm
Prosciutto and hardtack? Chia and pumpkin seeds? MREs (Meals, Ready to Eat)? Come sample combat rations through the ages and learn how the U.S. military, in its quest to create edibles for soldiers, has spawned a plethora of modern processed foods, from energy bars and Cheetos to McRibs and plastic wrap. Antacids optional.
