Please Note:

• Tickets available at the door unless sold out prior to the event.


• We encourage you to purchase tickets prior to making travel arrangements. 


• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be reproduced, resold or upgraded.


• Photo ID is required for entry.


• Companions for those that require assistance will need to purchase a ticket.


• Service Fee applied at checkout.

Ticket Restrictions:

Third party ticket sales are not authorized. Tickets are nontransferable. Please be sure to put the correct attendee name on each ticket when purchasing. If your buying tickets for a friend but unsure of who you're bringing please put both tickets in your name. You will need to check in together at registration with Photo ID.

All ticket sales are final, IMATS offers no refunds, cancellations or transfers. To protect yourself if you cannot attend, TicketGuardian insurance is offered during check out. TicketGuardian will protect you in case of illness, accidents, family emergencies, work travel conflicts, and weather (full details here), to file a TicketGuardian claim, click here.

Age Restriction:

Infants and Children under the age of 16 will not be admitted. You must be 16 years or older to attend. Photo Identification (with birth date) required for entrance. 

*Pro-Card Information

Pro-Card Members receive discounted tickets, please use membership login to view pricing and availability. 

Pro tickets require a Make-Up Artist Pro Card and photo ID to enter. Pro member guest tickets must check-in at registration with the Pro Card member who purchased the ticket. To view available guest tickets members must login with their card information. Limits do apply and can sell out. Availability is not guaranteed. Group Orders

We offer a 20% discount to makeup schools wanting to place a group order. There is a minimum order of 10 tickets or more. For more information please email tickets@imats.net.

Ticket prices are subject to change. IMATS reserves the right to refuse service. Strollers and pets (unless service animals) are not permitted on the show floor.
