You are purchasing a presale voucher. The voucher can be used to redeem your Ice Castles tickets at a later date. Ice Castles is NOT yet open. Please read the instructions below on the presale process.

• You are purchasing a presale voucher that will need to be redeemed at a future date.   


• You will receive a confirmation number by email immediately following your purchase. Keep track of your confirmation number. You will need it to redeem your tickets.


• You will receive another email before tickets go on sale to the general public with instructions on how to redeem your presale voucher for tickets.


• This voucher is non-refundable and only valid for the 2020-2021 season.


• Children ages 0-3 are free and do not require a ticket.
