Hudson River Harvest Concert 2: Talented Kids

Three of Bach's sons were beacons of concert music in later 18th century Europe.  Haydn, Mozart and Beethoven were indebted and Johann Sebastian was proud if his son's abilities and achievements.  Alberto Busettini and Andrew Appel perform works for two harpsichords (a clangerous and silvery sound) framed by preludes for violin, cello and continuo with Olivier Brault and Loretta O'Sullivan.
